This Course is delivered to M.Sc. in Information Security (University of Science and Technology), Class 2020 - 2021.
The course requires self-directed learning and group work, as well motivation to change the status of research in Sudan and in the CS profession.
Classes are scheduled on Sundays from 1 – 3pm in Postgraduate Lecture Room.
- Course delivery blends online and offline teaching modes.
It is based on various sources e.g.:
- Book on “Research Design: Qualitative, Quantitative and Mixed Methods Approaches” By John W. Creswell (5th Edition, 2017).
- My Past Research Methods courses to undergraduates (2008) and postgraduates (2016 - 2018) at University of Khartoum and University of Science and Technology.
- Own collaborative work/publications in various fields such as CS, Software Engineering, ICT, and Knowledge Production.
